When you submit an intake form:

• Listing URLs and descriptions
• Photographs and video files submitted for inspection

When you contact us:

We do not collect any personal information passively through tracking technologies beyond basic website analytics, as described in Section 7.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver the inspection service you purchased, including preparing and sending your inspection report
• To communicate with you about your order, including confirmation emails and follow-up support

03 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing and Tally for intake forms. These providers have their own privacy policies and are responsible for the data they handle. We share only the minimum information necessary for them to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of Fall River RV Repairs LTD, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.

No personal information is shared with vehicle sellers, third-party marketers, or any other party not listed above.

04 Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. RigReport does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

We retain a record of your transaction (amount, date, package purchased, and email address) for accounting and customer service purposes.

05 Data Retention

We retain your personal information and inspection records for a period of three years from the date of your last transaction with RigReport. This allows us to provide follow-up support, respond to any disputes, and comply with Canadian tax and business record-keeping requirements.

After this period, your personal information is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations we must meet.

06 Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

07 Cookies and Analytics

RigReport uses basic website analytics to understand how visitors use our site. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it collects anonymized, aggregated traffic data including page views, visitor counts, and referral sources. This data does not identify individual visitors and does not use cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing analytics on our website. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

08 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include using secure (HTTPS) connections for all data transmission, using reputable third-party services with strong security standards for payment and form processing, and limiting access to your personal information to only those who need it to deliver your service.
