Pure intelligence work — no video needed. We analyze the listing, interrogate the photos, cross-reference the asking price against market data, and run a recall check. The goal is simple: tell you whether this vehicle is worth your time before you invest any more of it.
This is where physical condition assessment actually happens. The seller or buyer provides a video walkthrough and we go through it frame by frame — assessing body condition, mechanical systems, and everything visible on camera. We know where problems hide. We know what to look for. You get the full picture, not the highlight reel sellers want you to see.
Built for buyers who need certainty, not just a report. You get everything in the Video Inspection, a detailed cost breakdown of every finding, and a 30-minute call where we walk through it all together — so you go into your final decision with a professional in your corner, not just a PDF in your inbox.
No. The Listing Review works with any materials you can provide — a Facebook ad, a Kijiji listing, a set of photos, or even a general description of a vehicle. If you've already purchased and want a condition assessment, we can work from photos and video you take yourself.
For the Listing Review, no — we work entirely from what you send us. For the Video Inspection and Full Assessment, we need a video of the RV. You can shoot it yourself if you have access, or ask the seller to walk through it on camera. Most sellers are happy to do this. If a seller refuses, we'll note that in your report — it's often a red flag worth knowing about.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and braking systems all require hands-on access, physical testing, or disassembly to assess properly — none of which is possible through a video. Trailer brakes in particular require removing components to check shoe wear and bearing condition, so we don't attempt to assess what we can't see accurately. We'd rather be straight with you about what's outside our scope than give you false confidence on something that matters. If any of these systems are a concern, we'll flag it and recommend next steps in your report.
Listing Review and Video Inspection reports are delivered within 48 hours of receiving all materials. Full Assessment reports are delivered within 24 hours. We'll confirm your timeline when we acknowledge your booking.
