Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any RigReport inspection service. By completing a purchase or submitting an intake form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fall River RV Repairs LTD, operating as RigReport.
RigReport is a virtual RV and motorhome inspection service operated by Fall River RV Repairs LTD, a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. Inspections are performed by Ryan Bergeron, a Red Seal certified RV technician and Technical Safety BC certified installer.
RigReport provides remote visual assessments of recreational vehicles based on customer-supplied materials including photographs, video walkthroughs, and listing information. All reports are prepared and delivered as professional PDF documents.
RigReport offers three service packages:
All inspections are conducted remotely using materials supplied by the customer. The inspector reviews these materials against a professional checklist and provides a written assessment with findings, condition ratings, and recommendations.
Systems assessed during a video inspection include: exterior body and paint, roof and seams, undercarriage and frame (where visible), tires and wheels, slide-outs and awnings, windows and seals, interior condition, compartment doors and latches, and safety equipment presence.
RigReport is a remote visual inspection service only. It is not a substitute for a hands-on, in-person mechanical inspection by a qualified technician physically present with the vehicle.
The following systems and conditions are expressly outside the scope of any RigReport inspection and are not assessed or warranted:
The inspector's findings are limited entirely to what is visible in the materials provided. RigReport makes no representation about conditions that were not visible, not filmed, or not included in the provided materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, the total liability of Fall River RV Repairs LTD and RigReport to any customer, for any claim arising from or related to a RigReport inspection, shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific inspection service in question.

The customer acknowledges that a remote visual inspection carries inherent limitations and that RigReport's assessment represents the professional opinion of the inspector based solely on the materials provided.
RigReport inspection reports represent the professional opinion of a certified RV technician at the time of review. No warranty, guarantee, or representation is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any inspection report.
RigReport does not guarantee the condition of any vehicle, the accuracy of any cost estimate, or the outcome of any purchase negotiation. All repair cost estimates are approximate ranges based on industry experience and may vary significantly by region, labour rates, and parts availability.
A RigReport inspection report is an advisory document. It does not constitute a guarantee that the vehicle is free from defects, and it does not transfer any warranty of any kind from RigReport or Fall River RV Repairs LTD to the customer.
By purchasing a RigReport inspection, the customer agrees to:
RigReport reserves the right to decline or cancel any inspection order if submitted materials are insufficient, unclear, or suspected to be inaccurate, and to issue a refund at its sole discretion in such cases.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe and are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
Refund Policy: Because the inspector's time and expertise are committed immediately upon receipt of a completed intake form, refunds are not available once work has commenced on an inspection. If you have concerns before submitting your intake form, please contact us at hello@rigreport.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Exceptions may be made at RigReport's sole discretion in the following circumstances:

RigReport aims to deliver completed inspection reports within the timeframes listed for each package:
These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by high demand, incomplete submissions, or circumstances beyond RigReport's control. RigReport will communicate any delays to the customer promptly by email.
Reports are delivered by email as PDF documents to the address provided at intake. RigReport is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider issues.
All RigReport inspection reports are the intellectual property of Fall River RV Repairs LTD. Reports are licensed to the purchasing customer for their personal use in connection with the specific vehicle inspection purchased.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any RigReport inspection report, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Fall River RV Repairs LTD.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of RigReport services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
RigReport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of RigReport services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
